A Note From the Knowles: 1 year as Mrs. Knowlesy.

June 15th marks 1 year of marriage for Alex and I! Fun fact: 4 years ago on that same day (June 15, 2010) Alex told me he loved me for the very FIRST TIME! We went on a drive in his white Chevy truck, parked up on a hill in North Logan and he told me he was falling in love with me and asked me to be his girlfriend. I remember it just like it was yesterday. We got out of the car in the pouring rain and had a kiss just like in the movies. We thought it would be cool to be married on the anniversary of the first "I love you" and it happened to be on a Saturday 4 years later. It worked out perfect.

I cannot believe how fast the year has gone by. I feel like we just got married last week. It has been one of the best years of my life thus far. I can't wait to see what's in store for our future!

We decided to go stay the weekend at the Little America Hotel for our anniversary! It was such a fun little getaway even though it was just an hour and 1/2 away from home. We ate out a lot, shopped til we dropped (I had a little more fun than Alex...), swam in the pool, hot tubbed, drove around the avenues in SLC, dreamed of living in the sweet houses in the hills of SLC, and laughed our heads off while watching some Ridiculousness on MTV into the wee hours of the night. It was a 1st anniversary to remember, and I look forward to many more :)
